The candidate for Nebraska’s Green party says they are the new red white and blue. Steve Larrick is preparing his television campaign, as he runs for U-S Senate.

Larrick is claiming to be the winner of the U.S. Senate debates as he is running against Mike Johanns, Scott Klebb, and Kelly Rosberg.

He says that America needs a change, and he wants to be a part of that change. His platform is for the economy to “go green”, and for Washington to work on important issues such as – a wind revolution, bringing the troops home from Iraq now and Healthcare for everyone.

Larrick says, “We are very much interested in Green jobs, renewable energy where we can tap the energy from the wind, the sun, and other renewable sources, and then get away from this parade of wars.”

Larrck also says it was smart for Congress to fail the $700-billion dollar bailout plan. He says that kind of economic relief is not what the American people need.

Larrick says, “I would have much more public oversight, then the existing plan, and I think with public oversight, we also have more control over where the money goes, and I think if we focus the money where it’s needed most by the people, I think that we will have the most results. If it’s just plopped into failed economic problems, we will bail out the people who caused the problems, but we won’t see actual results.”
